- Wähle die Artikel aus, die du zurücksenden möchtest, sowie den Grund für die Rücksendung.
- Drucke dann das vorfrankierte Versandetikett aus und gib das Paket bei der nächsten Abgabestelle ab.
- Nach Erhalt und Überprüfung deiner Rücksendung erfolgt die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 7-10 Werktagen.

How it works
Fill out the return form
Start your return by entering your order number and email above and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
Print return label
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email. Print it and attach it to your package.
Ship your package
Carefully pack the product(s), preferably in the original packaging, and make sure everything is secure and protected. Drop off your return at your nearest shipping point.
Refund process
Once it reaches us, we’ll check that everything is in order. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
